Just wanted to thank you for the many compliments I received on the greatest cherry pie ever. I had found your market on the Wayne County tourism website. I purchased tart cherries from you near the very end of the season and was very happy with their quality. You were right. A couple were scarred by the hail, but 99% were just perfect. After pitting them, (whew) I froze them and made a cherry pie this past weekend to share with family coming in from out of town. I’ll tell you, those cherries stayed plump and pretty and were a brilliant deep red. And the flavor – just wonderful! Everyone raved over the pie, saying, `that’s how a cherry pie should taste.’ I’ll brag a little about a great piecrust, but the filling was superior. So, thanks very much for a wonderful product. My only regret is I didn’t buy twice as much as I only have enough for a couple more pies. Oh well, summer’s right around the corner! See you then!

You'll feel like part of the family when you visit this farm market. The apple orchard features Johna gold and many other varieties. The hay ride was a good 15 minutes and comfortable.
